After receiving your payment I can ship items within 3 working days. I have most items in stock, but I will inform you if the shipment will take more than 3 working days.
After placing an order you will receive a confirmation via e-mail and information about when I ship your order. Your jewelry will be shipped through PostNL. You will receive a tracking code after shipment.

I will refund the total amount within the Netherlands. Outside the Netherlands I’ll refund your purchase minus shipping costs. I cannot refund your extra shipping costs for sending it back. I advise you to send it with a tracking code.
I can only refund unworn, undamaged jewelry in the original package. If an item is delivered broken I will refund your additional shipping costs and I’ll replace it for a new item.
